These energy balls are great to bring when you are hiking as well as day-to-day if you're looking for a healthy and protein rich snack!

Ingredients

Quick Oats
1/4
cup
Honey
1/2

Natural Peanut Butter
I use Kraft Only Peanuts Smooth All Natural
1/4
cup
Chocolate Chips, semi-sweet
I use President's Choice Plant Based Semi-Sweet

pinch
Sea Salt
1
tsp
Vanilla Extract
1/4
cup
Coconut
unsweetened

tbsp
Ground Flaxseed
Instructions
Measure out all ingredients and put in a large bowl. Use a spatula and stir all ingredients well to fully combine.
Place bowl in fridge for 20-30 mins so the mixture is easier to work with.
Bring bowl out of the fridge and roll into balls about 1 table spoon (you can eyeball this).
And that’s it. You can store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
The recipe makes approximately 18 balls but if you eyeball it (like I do) then this number may be plus or minus 18.
